At Man of Hot Collectibles, we are committed to providing a transparent and trustworthy collector-to-collector experience. Please review the following policies carefully before placing your order.
About Our Store
We offer a curated selection of new and pre-owned collectibles, including 1/6 scale figures, premium statues, and third-party Transformers such as Fans Toys, X-Transbots, and Ocular Max.
Many items come from our personal collection or have been featured on the Man of Hot Collectibles YouTube channel. Every item is accurately represented and clearly listed as one of the following condition types:
(1) New / Sealed
(2) Opened – Complete
(3) Displayed
(4) Pre-owned – Excellent / Good / As-Is
We also actively purchase collections. If you are looking to sell, please contact us for evaluation.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available on select items; please contact us before purchasing.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, item size, and weight. Larger collectibles, statues, and oversized packages may have higher shipping costs.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Shipping Insurance
All orders include free shipping insurance for loss or damage in transit. Insurance applies only to shipping-related issues and does not cover buyer’s remorse, condition disputes, or post-delivery handling.
Packaging
All collectibles are carefully packed using protective materials to ensure safe delivery and condition accuracy.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL (select international orders). Carrier selection may vary based on package size and destination.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or appears lost in transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box.
We will assist with carrier claims. Final resolution is dependent on carrier investigation and insurance approval timelines.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country. At this time, we only ship to the United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. A non-refundable processing fee of up to 3% may apply due to payment processor fees.
Return Policy
Returns are evaluated under strict collector standards to ensure fairness and product integrity.
Eligible Returns
Returns may be accepted only if:
(1) The item arrives significantly not as described, or
(2) The item is damaged during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours)
Non-Returnable Situations
We do NOT accept returns for:
(1) Buyer’s remorse
(2) Change of mind
(3) Accidental purchase
(4) Misunderstanding of listing details
(5) Items damaged after delivery
Manufacturer Disclaimer
We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with or authorized by any manufacturers. We do not guarantee manufacturer quality control issues such as:
(1) Paint defects
(2) Missing small factory items
(3) Minor production variations
These must be addressed directly with the manufacturer or original retailer when applicable.
Opened Items
Opened items may be considered for return on a case-by-case basis.
If approved:
(1) Item must be returned in EXACT original condition
(2) Must include all packaging, accessories, inserts, and shipper box
(3) Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
(4) Items showing use, display wear, or missing parts may be rejected
Unauthorized returns will be refused or sent back.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error, we will cover return shipping. For all other approved returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
Return Timeframe
All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests after this period are not eligible.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Privacy Policy
We collect only necessary information to process orders, including:
(1) Name
(2) Address
(3) Email
(4) Order history
(5) Payment details (processed securely by third-party providers)
We do not sell or share customer data except as required for payment processing, shipping, or legal compliance.
Terms of Service
All listings are created with care and accuracy. Buyers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and photos before purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
(1) Inventory errors
(2) Pricing mistakes
(3) Fraud prevention concerns
Payment is required at checkout. Orders ship only after payment is confirmed.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our control.
Chargeback & Dispute Policy
All transactions, communications, tracking, and delivery confirmations are documented. Proof of shipment and delivery will be used in the event of payment disputes or chargebacks.
