At Man of Hot Collectibles, we are committed to providing a transparent and trustworthy collector-to-collector experience. Please review our policies carefully before placing an order.

About Our Store

Man of Hot Collectibles offers a curated selection of new and pre-owned collectibles, including 1/6 scale figures, premium statues, limited editions, and third-party Transformers from brands such as Fans Toys, X-Transbots, Ocular Max, and other collectible manufacturers.

Many items come from our personal collection or have been featured through the Man of Hot Collectibles YouTube channel. Every product is accurately described and clearly identified by condition, including New/Sealed, Opened – Complete, Displayed, or Pre-Owned – Excellent, Good, or As-Is.

We also purchase collectible collections. If you are interested in selling your collection, please contact us for evaluation.

Pre-Order Policy

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows customers to reserve collectible items before they are officially released or restocked. Pre-order items are not currently in stock and will ship once inventory arrives at our facility, has been inspected, and is ready for fulfillment.

Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD)

A 10% Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD) is required at the time of purchase to secure your pre-order allocation. The deposit is applied toward the total purchase price of the item.

Pre-order deposits reserve inventory specifically for you and are not refundable or transferable after the cancellation period.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due before shipment. Customers will receive notification when their item arrives and is ready for final payment. Orders will ship after full payment has been received and processed.

Estimated Release Dates

All release dates and estimated shipping timelines are provided by manufacturers and are subject to change without notice. Delays caused by production schedules, manufacturing issues, shipping delays, or other circumstances outside of our control do not qualify for cancellation or refund of the NRD.

Man of Hot Collectibles will provide updates regarding significant changes whenever possible.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund of the deposit.

After the 24-hour cancellation period, the 10% Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD) is forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.

If the remaining balance is not paid by the required payment deadline, the order may be canceled and the NRD will be forfeited.

Pre-Order Pricing

The pre-order price is locked in at the time the order is placed. We do not offer price adjustments after a pre-order has been submitted.

Shipping Policy

Man of Hot Collectibles ships throughout the United States and offers international shipping on select items. International availability may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier restrictions, and shipping requirements.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, package size, weight, and selected shipping method. Larger collectibles, premium statues, and oversized packages may require additional shipping costs.

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All collectibles are carefully packaged using protective materials designed to help ensure safe delivery. Orders include shipping insurance coverage for verified loss or damage during transit. Insurance does not cover buyer’s remorse, change of mind, condition disputes after delivery, or damage caused after receipt.

We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for select international orders. Carrier selection may vary based on package size, destination, and shipping requirements.

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost during transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item, packaging, shipping box, and visible damage. We will assist with the carrier claim process, with final resolution determined by carrier investigation and insurance approval.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, VAT, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by their country. Man of Hot Collectibles does not collect or control these fees. Failure to pay required charges may result in delays, returned shipments, or additional costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. A non-refundable processing fee of up to 3% may apply due to payment processor fees.

Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer available and the order will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns are evaluated under strict collector standards to protect product integrity and ensure fairness for all customers.

Returns may only be accepted if an item arrives significantly not as described or is damaged during shipping and reported within 48 hours of delivery.

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, accidental purchases, misunderstanding of listing details, or damage caused after delivery.

Pre-owned collectibles are inspected before listing, and known imperfections, missing components, or condition details will be disclosed.

Opened items may be considered for return on a case-by-case basis. If approved, items must be returned in the exact condition received, including all accessories, packaging, inserts, and shipper boxes. Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If a return is approved due to our error, Man of Hot Collectibles will cover return shipping costs. For all other approved returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Manufacturer Disclaimer

Man of Hot Collectibles is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or authorized by any manufacturers.

We are not responsible for manufacturer quality control issues, including paint variations, minor production defects, missing small factory components, packaging imperfections, or other manufacturing-related issues. Customers should contact the manufacturer or original retailer when applicable.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information necessary to process and fulfill orders, including customer name, shipping address, email address, order history, and payment information processed securely through third-party payment providers.

We do not sell customer information. Information may only be shared with trusted service providers necessary for payment processing, shipping, website operations, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Terms of Service

All product listings are created with care and accuracy. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, photos, condition details, and policies before purchasing.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to inventory errors, pricing mistakes, fraud prevention concerns, or circumstances necessary to protect our business and customers.

Payment is required at checkout, and orders will only ship after payment has been confirmed.

Man of Hot Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, manufacturers, or events outside of our control. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item purchased.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

All orders, communications, tracking information, delivery confirmations, and transaction details are documented. This information may be provided as evidence in the event of payment disputes, chargebacks, or claims.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including branding, logos, images, videos, text, and product descriptions, are the property of Man of Hot Collectibles LLC unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or use of website content is prohibited.
