At Man of Hot Collectibles, we want every collector to understand the key terms that apply to purchases made through our store. This page provides a quick overview of our primary store policies.

Collector-owned. Collector-focused. One collector to another.

1. Pre-Orders

Unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing:

A 20% Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD) is required to secure a pre-order.
Pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund of the applicable deposit.
After 24 hours, the NRD is non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by applicable law.
The remaining 80% balance is due when the item arrives at our facility, has been inspected, and is ready for fulfillment.
If final payment cannot be processed, an invoice may be issued.
Customers have 7 calendar days to pay an invoiced balance.
Failure to pay may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the NRD, and the reserved item may be offered to another customer.
Manufacturer release dates are estimates and may change.
Manufacturer delays or changes do not automatically qualify for an NRD refund, except where required by applicable law.
Unless otherwise stated, pre-order pricing is locked when the order is placed.

2. In-Stock Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible to:

support@manofhotcollectibles.com

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an in-stock order that has not entered processing.

Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, been packed, prepared for shipment, or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available and the Return & Refund Policy applies.

Eligible pre-shipment refunds may be reduced by actual, non-recoverable payment-processing fees where permitted by applicable law.

3. Returns & Refunds

Return requests should generally be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Returns are generally limited to:

Items significantly not as described
Verified shipping damage
Incorrect items shipped by Man of Hot Collectibles

Customers must contact us and receive approval before returning an item.

Buyer’s remorse, change of mind, accidental purchases, failure to review a listing, and customer-caused post-delivery damage generally do not qualify for a return.

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the circumstances and condition of the returned item.

Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

4. Shipping

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, after payment confirmation.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, weight, and shipping method.

We ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations.

Eligible orders include shipping insurance for verified loss or damage occurring during transit.

Customers should report lost, damaged, missing, or incorrect orders within 48 hours, whenever reasonably possible, and may be required to provide photographs, documentation, and/or a continuous unboxing video.

5. Product Condition & Manufacturer Quality Control

Each product listing identifies the condition of the item being sold.

Our inventory may include new, factory-sealed, opened, displayed, reviewed, and pre-owned collectibles.

Pre-owned items may have disclosed wear, imperfections, or missing components.

Brand-new and factory-sealed items may have minor manufacturer or packaging variations, including paint variation, loose or tight joints, minor cosmetic inconsistencies, shelf wear, or packaging imperfections.

Manufacturer quality-control issues and production variations are generally outside our direct control.

Customers should carefully review the individual product listing before purchasing.

6. International Orders

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, VAT, brokerage fees, local taxes, and other government or carrier charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs or carrier delays are outside our reasonable control.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact support@manofhotcollectibles.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, Man of Hot Collectibles may provide the applicable payment processor or financial institution with relevant transaction documentation, including order information, payment records, shipping information, tracking, delivery confirmation, signature confirmation, photographs, communications, and applicable store policies.

Nothing in this section limits any rights provided by applicable law or applicable payment-network rules.

8. Order Verification

For the protection of our customers and business, Man of Hot Collectibles may verify orders before shipment, particularly high-value or unusual orders.

Orders may be canceled when reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, significant address or identity inconsistencies, pricing or inventory errors, payment problems, failure to complete required verification, or other legitimate security concerns.

Any eligible refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.
