Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Man of Hot Collectibles, we strive to provide collectors with a smooth and transparent purchasing experience. Due to the limited availability and collectible nature of our products, the following purchase terms apply.

In-Stock Items

Orders for in-stock items are processed promptly after purchase. Cancellation requests may be submitted by contacting us at support@manofhotcollectibles.com; however, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-orders require a 10% Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD) to secure your allocation. This deposit is applied toward the final purchase price but cannot be refunded or canceled after the pre-order has been placed.

The remaining balance is due before the item ships. Customers will be notified when inventory arrives and payment is required.

Estimated release dates are provided by manufacturers and are subject to change. Delays, production changes, or cancellations caused by the manufacturer are outside of Man of Hot Collectibles’ control.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted by contacting support@manofhotcollectibles.com. Each request will be reviewed based on the order status, product availability, and whether the order has entered processing.
