Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Man of Hot Collectibles, we strive to provide collectors with a transparent and reliable purchasing experience. Because many of our products are limited in quantity or offered as pre-orders, please review the following policy before placing an order.

In-Stock Orders

In-stock items are available for immediate purchase and are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Cancellation requests for in-stock orders must be submitted to support@manofhotcollectibles.com as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing, has been packed, or has shipped.

Pre-Order Items

A pre-order allows you to reserve a collectible before it is officially released or restocked. Pre-order items are not currently in stock and will ship once inventory arrives at our facility, has been inspected, and is ready for fulfillment.

A 10% Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD) is required at the time of purchase to secure your allocation. This deposit is applied toward the total purchase price and reserves inventory specifically for you.

The remaining balance is due before shipment. You will be notified when your item arrives and is ready for final payment. Orders will ship only after the remaining balance has been paid in full.

Estimated release dates and shipping windows are provided by manufacturers and are subject to change without notice. Delays resulting from manufacturing, production schedules, shipping, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for cancellation or refund of the NRD. We will provide updates whenever significant changes become available.

Pre-order pricing is locked in at the time your order is placed. We do not offer price adjustments after a pre-order has been submitted.

Order Cancellations

In-Stock Orders: Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the order status. Once an order has entered processing, has been packed, or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Pre-Orders: Pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund of the 10% deposit. After the 24-hour cancellation period, the 10% Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD) is forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred. If the remaining balance is not paid by the required payment deadline, your order may be canceled and the NRD will be forfeited.
