CANCELLATION POLICY

At Man of Hot Collectibles, we strive to provide collectors with a transparent and reliable purchasing experience. This policy explains the purchase options available through our store and the requirements for canceling orders.

1. Purchase Options

Man of Hot Collectibles may offer collectibles for purchase in several ways, including:

• In-Stock Items — Items currently available at our facility and ready for fulfillment.
• Pre-Order Items — Items that are not yet available for immediate shipment and are reserved for the customer prior to their arrival.

The specific purchase option, availability, condition, pricing, and other applicable terms are identified in the individual product listing.

Customers should review the complete product listing before placing an order.

2. In-Stock Orders

In-stock items are available for purchase and are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, after payment confirmation.

Cancellation requests for in-stock orders should be submitted as soon as possible by contacting:

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests when an order has not yet entered processing.

However, cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, been packed, prepared for shipment, or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available and the Return & Refund Policy applies.

3. Pre-Order Items

Pre-orders allow customers to reserve collectibles before they are officially released or restocked.

Pre-order items are not currently in stock and will ship after inventory arrives at our facility, has been inspected, and is ready for fulfillment.

Pre-orders are subject to the complete pre-order terms contained in our Terms of Service, including applicable deposit, payment, cancellation, release-date, balance-payment, and fulfillment requirements.

Unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing, pre-orders require a 20% Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD).

4. Pre-Order Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing or required by applicable law:

• A pre-order may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund of the applicable deposit.
• After the 24-hour cancellation period, the 20% NRD is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Failure to complete the required final payment may result in cancellation of the pre-order and forfeiture of the NRD.

The complete pre-order terms are contained in the Terms of Service and should be reviewed before placing a pre-order.

5. Cancellation After Processing or Shipment

Once an order has entered processing, been packed, prepared for shipment, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Any applicable post-shipment request will be handled under the Return & Refund Policy.

6. Refunds for Eligible Cancellations

When a cancellation is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Eligible pre-shipment refunds may be reduced by actual, non-recoverable payment-processing fees charged to Man of Hot Collectibles, where permitted by applicable law.

Any applicable pre-order deposit restrictions remain subject to the pre-order terms contained in the Terms of Service.

7. Payment & Order Verification

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment, billing, and shipping information and for using an authorized payment method.

For the protection of our customers and business, Man of Hot Collectibles may review and verify orders before shipment, particularly high-value or unusual orders.

An order may be canceled when reasonably necessary due to suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, identity or address inconsistencies, pricing or inventory errors, failure to complete required verification, payment problems, or other legitimate security concerns.

If an order is canceled for verification or security reasons, any eligible refund will generally be issued to the original payment method where reasonably possible.

8. Relationship to Other Store Policies

This policy applies specifically to purchase options and order cancellations.

Other matters are governed by the applicable store policy, including:

• Terms of Service — complete pre-order terms and general terms governing purchases
• Shipping Policy — shipping, fulfillment, packaging, tracking, and delivery matters
• Return & Refund Policy — returns, refunds, damage claims, buyer’s remorse, and final-sale items
• Privacy Policy — collection and use of personal information
• Legal Notice — business, product, trademark, and legal disclosures

Where another policy contains more specific provisions regarding a particular subject, those provisions apply to that subject to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits or waives any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

9. Customer Agreement

By placing an order or pre-order with Man of Hot Collectibles, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the applicable store policies and Terms of Service.

Man of Hot Collectibles LLC reserves the right to update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
