Man of Hot Collectibles is an independent online retailer specializing in premium collectibles, including new and pre-owned figures, statues, limited editions, and other collectible products.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with website operations, misuse our Services, or attempt unauthorized access. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access when necessary to protect our business, customers, or inventory.

Product Information & Availability

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability information. Due to the collectible nature of our products, manufacturer images may not represent final production versions, and colors, accessories, packaging, and specifications may vary slightly.

Release dates, availability, and product details may change due to manufacturer updates, delays, or production adjustments. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing or availability.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are products that are not currently in stock and are expected to arrive at a future date.

A 10% Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD) may be required to secure your allocation. Estimated release dates are provided by manufacturers and are subject to change. Remaining balances must be paid before shipment.

Manufacturer delays, production changes, or cancellations are outside the control of Man of Hot Collectibles. All pre-orders are subject to our Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy.

Product Condition

All product conditions are clearly stated within each listing.

Pre-owned collectibles are inspected before listing, and any known imperfections, missing components, or condition details will be disclosed. Normal shelf wear, minor cosmetic imperfections, or signs of previous ownership may be present unless otherwise stated.

For brand-new and factory-sealed items, Man of Hot Collectibles is not responsible for manufacturer defects, paint variations, packaging imperfections, or quality control issues occurring during production.

Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, you are authorized to use the selected payment method, and you have reviewed the product description and order details before checkout.

Orders may be canceled or refused due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or violations of these Terms.

Shipping

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Man of Hot Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier delays, customs, weather, or circumstances outside of our control.
