Store Use

Man of Hot Collectibles is an independent online retailer specializing in premium collectibles, including new and pre-owned figures, statues, limited editions, and other collectible products.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse our Services, interfere with website operations, or attempt unauthorized access. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access when necessary to protect our business, customers, inventory, or website.

Product Information & Availability

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and availability. Due to the collectible nature of our products, manufacturer images may not represent final production versions, and colors, accessories, packaging, specifications, and release dates may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by pricing inaccuracies, inventory shortages, or manufacturer changes.

Pre-Orders

Some products offered on our website are available as pre-orders. A pre-order allows you to reserve a collectible before it is officially released or restocked. Pre-order items are not currently in stock and will ship after inventory arrives at our facility, has been inspected, and is ready for fulfillment.

A 10% Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD) is required to reserve your pre-order. The deposit is applied toward the total purchase price and secures inventory specifically for you. After the 24-hour cancellation period, the NRD is non-refundable and non-transferable.

The remaining balance is due before shipment. We will notify you when your item is ready for final payment, and orders will ship only after the balance has been paid in full.

Estimated release dates are provided by manufacturers and are subject to change without notice. Delays caused by production schedules, manufacturing issues, shipping logistics, or other circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for cancellation or refund of the NRD. We will provide updates whenever significant changes become available.

Pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund of the deposit. After that period, the NRD will be forfeited. If the remaining balance is not paid by the required payment deadline, your order may be canceled and the NRD forfeited.

Pre-order pricing is locked in at the time your order is placed. We do not offer price adjustments after a pre-order has been submitted.

Product Condition

The condition of every item is clearly stated in each listing.

Pre-owned collectibles are carefully inspected before listing, and any known imperfections, missing parts, or condition details will be disclosed. Minor shelf wear or cosmetic imperfections may be present unless otherwise noted.

For brand-new and factory-sealed items, Man of Hot Collectibles is not responsible for manufacturer quality control issues, including paint variations, packaging imperfections, missing factory parts, or other production-related defects.

Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, you are authorized to use the selected payment method, and you have reviewed the product description, condition, and order details before completing checkout.

Orders may be canceled or refused due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, payment concerns, or violations of these Terms.

Shipping

Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, manufacturer delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in that policy.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, branding, and product descriptions, is the property of Man of Hot Collectibles unless otherwise stated and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our content is prohibited without prior written permission.
