At Man of Hot Collectibles, we take pride in offering authentic premium collectibles and providing collectors with accurate descriptions, careful inspections, and secure packaging. Due to the collectible nature of our products, the following return and refund policy applies.

Returns

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Customers must contact us at support@manofhotcollectibles.com before returning any item to receive approval and return instructions.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including all original accessories, packaging, manuals, and any included components. Items that have been displayed, transformed, assembled, modified, damaged, or show signs of use may not qualify for a return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Pre-Owned Collectibles

Pre-owned items are carefully inspected and accurately described before listing. Any known imperfections, wear, missing items, or condition details will be disclosed in the product description.

Minor cosmetic imperfections, shelf wear, or normal manufacturing variations are not considered defects unless specifically stated.

Brand New & Factory Sealed Items

For brand new and factory sealed collectibles, returns may be limited due to the collectible nature and condition sensitivity of sealed products.

We are not responsible for manufacturer-related defects, paint variations, minor packaging imperfections, or quality control issues that originate during production.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are backed by manufacturer allocations and require a 10% Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD) to secure your item. Deposits cannot be refunded or canceled after the pre-order cancellation period.

Manufacturer delays, production changes, or release date adjustments are outside of Man of Hot Collectibles’ control.

Damaged Items & Unboxing Requirement

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, original packaging, shipping box, and any visible damage.

For damage claims, customers are required to record a continuous unboxing video beginning before opening the shipping package and continuing through the inspection of the item. This video may be required as supporting documentation when submitting a damage claim or return request.

The unboxing video requirement is in place for the protection of both the customer and Man of Hot Collectibles by helping verify the condition of the package upon arrival and ensuring a fair resolution for all parties.

Please keep all original packaging, shipping materials, and included accessories until the claim has been fully reviewed and resolved.

Man of Hot Collectibles takes additional precautions by documenting items through photographs during inspection, packaging, and shipment preparation. These records are maintained to verify the condition of the collectible before shipment and to assist with any potential damage or dispute claims.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a verified shipping issue.

Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked as final sale due to rarity, limited availability, special pricing, or collectible condition. Final sale items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or are incorrectly described.
