SHIPPING POLICY

At Man of Hot Collectibles, we understand that premium collectibles require special care. Every order is carefully inspected and securely packaged using collector-grade protective materials appropriate for the item, value, and condition.

1. Shipping Availability

Man of Hot Collectibles ships throughout the United States and to select international destinations, including:

• United States
• Canada
• United Kingdom
• Australia
• New Zealand

International availability may vary depending on the item, destination, carrier restrictions, and shipping requirements. Available shipping options are displayed at checkout.

For destinations not listed above, please contact support@manofhotcollectibles.com before placing an order to confirm whether shipping is available.

2. Domestic USA Shipping

We ship throughout the United States using established carriers, which may include:

• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx
• DHL

Carrier selection may vary based on destination, package size, weight, service availability, and shipping requirements.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size and weight, and selected shipping method.

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed beginning on the next business day.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

3. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are shipped after inventory arrives at our facility, has been inspected, and is ready for fulfillment.

Manufacturer release dates are estimates only and may change due to production schedules, manufacturing delays, shipping, distributor availability, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Pre-orders are subject to the payment, deposit, cancellation, balance, and other terms contained in the Pre-Order Terms within our Terms of Service.

4. Shipping Rates & Packaging

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Large collectibles, premium statues, oversized items, and other heavy or dimensional packages may require higher shipping costs due to their size, weight, or special handling requirements.

Every order is carefully packaged using protective materials appropriate for the item. High-value collectibles and items with collectible packaging may receive additional protection to help reduce the risk of damage during transit.

5. Tracking

Tracking information is provided once an order has shipped and tracking information becomes available.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

6. Shipping Insurance

Eligible orders include shipping insurance coverage for verified loss or damage occurring during transit.

Shipping insurance does not cover:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Damage occurring after delivery
• Damage resulting from improper handling, assembly, transformation, display, or storage
• Condition disputes unrelated to shipping damage
• Claims or circumstances not covered by the applicable carrier or insurance provider

Insurance claims may be subject to carrier investigation, documentation requirements, and the applicable insurance provider's determination.

7. Lost, Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If a package appears to be lost, arrives damaged, contains missing items, or contains an incorrect item, please contact support@manofhotcollectibles.com within 48 hours, whenever reasonably possible.

For damaged shipments, customers may be asked to provide clear photographs showing:

• The collectible
• Original product packaging
• Shipping box
• Shipping label
• Protective materials
• Any visible damage

For certain damage, missing-item, incorrect-item, or shipping claims, a continuous unboxing video may be required showing the unopened package, shipping label, opening of the package, removal of the contents, and condition of the items.

Customers should retain all original packaging, shipping materials, accessories, manuals, inserts, and other materials until the claim has been resolved.

Failure to provide requested documentation or preserve relevant materials may affect the ability to process a claim, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Man of Hot Collectibles will assist with applicable carrier or insurance claims. Final resolution may depend on the carrier's investigation and applicable insurance determination.

8. International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, VAT, brokerage fees, local taxes, and other government or carrier charges.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Failure to pay required customs or import charges may result in delays, additional fees, or the package being returned.

Man of Hot Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, holidays, government agencies, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Man of Hot Collectibles is not responsible for delays, returned packages, additional shipping charges, or delivery problems resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

10. Shipping Delays & Events Outside Our Control

We make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders promptly. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, carriers, customs, weather, holidays, government agencies, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Estimated delivery dates provided by carriers are not guaranteed.

11. Order Verification

For the protection of our customers and business, Man of Hot Collectibles may review and verify orders before shipment, particularly high-value orders or orders involving unusual shipping circumstances.

We may request reasonable information or confirmation regarding an order or shipping address when necessary to verify that a transaction is legitimate and authorized.

Orders that cannot be reasonably verified may be canceled in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable store policies.

12. Relationship to Other Store Policies

This Shipping Policy applies specifically to shipping, fulfillment, packaging, tracking, shipping insurance, and delivery-related matters.

Other matters are governed by the applicable store policy, including:

• Terms of Service — including the complete pre-order terms and general terms governing purchases
• Cancellation Policy — for order cancellation requests
• Return & Refund Policy — for returns, refunds, buyer’s remorse, final-sale items, and related claims

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or waives any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
