At Man of Hot Collectibles, we understand that collectibles require special care. Every order is carefully packaged using collector-grade protective materials to help ensure your item arrives safely and securely.
Shipping Availability
Man of Hot Collectibles ships within the United States and to select international countries, including Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. International shipping availability may vary depending on the item, destination, shipping restrictions, and carrier availability. Available shipping options will be displayed during checkout.
For countries not listed above, please contact us at support@manofhotcollectibles.com before placing an order to confirm shipping availability.
Domestic USA Shipping
We proudly ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Domestic shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Sales Tax
Man of Hot Collectibles collects sales tax only for orders shipped to customers located in New Jersey, as required by applicable state tax regulations. Customers outside New Jersey will not be charged sales tax by Man of Hot Collectibles but may be responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees required by their local jurisdiction.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will ship once inventory arrives at our facility, has been inspected, and is ready for fulfillment. Estimated release dates are provided by manufacturers and are subject to change due to production schedules or manufacturer delays.
Shipping Rates & Packaging
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and shipping method selected. Larger collectibles, premium statues, and oversized packages may require additional shipping costs due to their size and weight.
All collectibles are carefully packaged using appropriate protective materials based on the item's size, value, and condition. Premium figures, statues, and high-value collectibles receive additional care to help protect both the collectible and original packaging during transit.
Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We may ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for select international orders. Carrier selection may vary based on package size, destination, and delivery requirements.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.
Shipping Insurance
Eligible orders include shipping insurance coverage for loss or damage during transit. Shipping insurance applies only to verified shipping-related issues and does not cover buyer’s remorse, change of mind, condition disputes after delivery, damage caused after delivery, or improper handling or storage by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@manofhotcollectibles.com.
Please provide photos of the item, original packaging, shipping box, and any visible damage. We will assist with the carrier claim process when applicable. Final resolution is dependent on carrier investigation and insurance approval.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, VAT, and any other charges imposed by their country or local government.
Man of Hot Collectibles does not collect or control these fees, and they are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Failure to pay required customs fees, tariffs, or import charges may result in delays, returned shipments, or additional charges.
Man of Hot Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Man of Hot Collectibles is not responsible for delays, returned shipments, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
